Illustrated Properties has raised nearly $10,000 for the Alzheimer's Association's 2006 Palm Beach Memory Walk. Its team of employees and their familites were the top fund-raising team for the walk.

"The 2006 Palm Beach Memory Walk was our most successful walk to date," said Lisa Small, director of special events and corporate relations for the Alzheimer's Association, Southeast Florida Chapter.

Leading the team was Nancy Maione, who raised $7,300.

Kris Wells has been instrumental in organizing the walk for the last two years.

"The good news is that we raised so much and had a wonderful time doing it," said Mary Ward, Illustrated Properties community-relations manager. "The great news is that we have until June 1 to keep our donation growing." Memory Walk is the Alzheimer's Association's national signature event to help those coping with Alzheimer's disease. Since 1989, the nation's largest event supporting Alzheimer's care and support services has raised more than $200 million.
